III. Usage Method:
This series of instruments is easy to operate. First, familiarize yourself with the instruction manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel, install all components, adjust the height as required, and then connect the power supply to start working.
IV. Precautions:
a. During use, if the stirring is not concentric or unstable, adjust the clamping head to make the stirring concentric. If using a triangular flask for stirring, align the stirring rod with the center before turning on the machine.
b. If the power suddenly cuts off during use, check if the power cord plug is loose or disconnected, or if the fuse is blown. If none of the above situations apply, please contact the manufacturer.
c. For safe electricity use, this product uses a 220V AC power supply. The power socket should be a three-hole safety socket and must be properly grounded.

I. Speed Adjustment
a) Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the mixer.
b) Connect the motor lead wire to the electronic speed controller.
c) After connecting the electronic speed controller to the motor, adjust the rotation speed. At this time, check if the speed adjustment knob is at the starting position. Do not install the stirring rod to ensure safety. Plug in the power cord, turn on the electronic speed controller's power switch, and adjust the motor to 60 rpm clockwise. Check if the rotation speed is uniform; if it is stable, it can be used.
d) Install the stirring rod on the chuck, tighten it, and then it can be put into production.
II. Usage and Maintenance
1. This machine uses a three-core sheathed flexible cable, and one of the yellow core wires must be firmly grounded to ensure safety.
2. To check or replace the brushes, first disconnect the power supply. The new brushes installed should be able to slide freely in the brush holder. Tighten the brush cap. (Generally, when the remaining length of the brush is about 6 mm, it needs to be replaced with a new one.)
3. If severe sparks occur, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection and repair to avoid greater losses.
4. If the motor does not rotate during use, first check the speed controller, fuse, and motor brushes, etc.
5. If the speed adjustment part or motor is damaged and cannot be repaired by yourself, please mail it to our factory for repair, or you can also order spare parts from our factory by letter.
6. During use, you must wear protective equipment to prevent materials from splashing and avoid accidents.
